Real-estate data (prices, areas, availability, approvals) may come from developers, promoters, brokers, or third-party feeds and may change or contain errors. We do not act as your agent unless expressly stated. Where applicable, advertisements and project pages will display the developer’s RERA registration; you should independently verify RERA details, sanctioned plans, and approvals before decisions. Nothing on the site is an offer, promise, or guarantee of sale.
Interior-design consultations, proposals, estimates, and bills of quantities are preliminary unless a separate signed Design Agreement states otherwise. Colors, textures, and finishes can vary due to materials, lighting, and display settings; availability depends on suppliers. On-site work may be affected by permits, building rules, and third-party contractors; safety and access policies of the premises apply.

Some features (maps, payment gateways, 3D/VR viewers, scheduling tools, social embeds, mortgage calculators, IDX-style feeds) are operated by third parties with their own terms and privacy practices; we’re not responsible for their content or availability. You agree not to misuse the Services, introduce malware, scrape without permission, or bypass security. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, and Accessibility Statement aligned with IS 17802/WCAG.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or opportunities. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of ₹[amount] or the fees you paid for the relevant Service in the [preceding 6/12] months.
