JVLS (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides marketing, real-estate, and interior-design services in India. This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and related rules, as applicable). Our Services are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18 without verifiable guardian consent.
We may collect: contact/identity details (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, city, company); property and project information (budget, location, configuration, style preferences, measurements, files/photos you upload); lead/marketing data (form inputs, UTM/campaign source, chat/call notes); device/usage data (IP, browser/device, pages viewed, session and cookie/SDK events, approximate location); and limited payment identifiers via our payment partners (we do not store full card details).
We use data to respond to enquiries, schedule site visits, provide design proposals and updates, send alerts you request, improve our Services, run analytics, ensure security, and comply with law. Cookies/SDKs help us with functionality, measurement, and (if you consent) marketing communications; you can opt out of non-essential marketing at any time.
We share data only as needed with service providers (hosting, analytics, CRM, communications, payment processors) and—with your request/consent—relevant real-estate partners (developers/promoters/authorized channel partners). Some providers may process data outside India; we use appropriate safeguards as permitted by law. We retain data only as long as necessary and apply security measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege). If a qualifying breach occurs, we will notify affected users and authorities as required.
Your rights include requesting access, correction, deletion (where permissible), and withdrawing consent for non-essential processing.
